The voices and stories of children

We carry the voices and stories of children from the remote corners of Western and Eastern Provinces of Zambia—stories not told often enough. We have lived among them, walked in their footsteps, and witnessed firsthand the daily struggles they endure just to access an education. Children walking long distances to school on empty stomachs. Girls forced to drop out due to lack of sanitary pads. Young boys and girls abandoning school to support their families or being pushed into early marriages.

But beyond these challenges, we have also seen their resilience—their unwavering hope, their love for local football, their joyful participation in traditional dances and singing, and the laughter they share over simple fishing adventures. Amidst hardship, they create joy.

We don't just speak about them— we speak for them. We made them a promise: that one day, their stories would be heard on global platforms. That one day, we would take their voices to the stages of the African Union , the United Nations , and every table where child development, education, and dignity are discussed.

Through My Helping Hand Foundation, we remain committed to this mission. We are not just raising awareness—we are creating opportunities, building hope, and advocating for real, lasting change.

We are ready to partner with global institutions to bring these voices forward. To speak with, and for, the children of Zambia—because their stories matter. And the world needs to hear them.
